Wyoming sacrificed half of their delegates in order to hold the early primary, and it didn't quite pay off as they expected. Wyoming's Republican Committee had suggested that an early primary would bring attention and visits from candidates to the states, and many still have not visited. Regardless, the attempt to grab press wasn't successful as well, and few news organizations have reported on the Romney victory, leading me to believe it means nearly nothing for the campaign. None of the Sunday morning news shows have asked Governor Romney about it, and his campaign has been silent as well. While it may get Romney excited for New Hampshire on Tuesday, his performance in NH is what's critical for his standing as a viable candidate.
