Obama is an idiot. Everything that comes out of his mouth, is worthless rhetoric. What has he really done that gives him any value to be the president of the united states? nothing!

I totally agree that Obama is too junior to be President. I like him and just feel that if he would do his job as a Senator for eight years, he might then be a viable candidate. He has gotten the "big head" due to his popularity and is more focused on himself than his job.

I agree w/ 'great american'. In hectic times like this it is very important that we elect candidates with issue familiarity--who have experience and even more importantly people who are clear and specific in articulating what they will do. Take Reagan vs. Carter. Neither had foreign policy experience but Reagan was always clear about how hed conduct the Cold War--no backing down--and he was pretty successful in doing so. Carter won by being the outsider/alternative candidate--just like Obama--by stressing a new vision but never specifying what that implied. I dont think Obama is a 'Hitler'--I think we all know that--but I fear if elected he could be similar to a Jimmy Carter which is terrable news for America.

I think we all know that Obama will not be Hitler, but what you are saying is exactly right--that voting on charisma and not substance can be disasterous. Obama really has very little experience and has shown even less su and the fact that he is such a slick politician is troubling. I have began to fear more and more that we could be looking at a man who has only 4 years experience in federal office and zero experience in an executive position in the presidency on 1/20/09.
